1. Blog → Instagram + LinkedIn in 2 Minutes
Now, as soon as I publish a WordPress article, n8n detects it, ChatGPT generates platform-specific posts, a 1080×1080 image is created automatically, and Meta API + LinkedIn API publish everything — with zero input from me.
My time invested: 0 minutes. System time: 2 minutes.
2. Automatic API Token Monitoring
Meta tokens expire every 90 days. Before n8n, I’d find out when posts stopped publishing — usually on a Friday evening. Now a workflow checks daily and emails me 14 days before expiration.
3. Automated CRM for Prospects
When a prospect fills out the contact form, n8n automatically adds them to the database, sends a welcome email, creates a Notion task with a 3-day follow-up, and logs the lead in Google Sheets.
4. Automatic Reels for Clients
For my client The French Barber Club, I publish Instagram Reels 3 times a week. What used to take 2 hours is now fully automated: n8n pulls the video from Google Drive, generates the AI description, and publishes at the scheduled time.
